Grant Winners

Congratulations to Erin McKinney-Tipton, Rebecca Fox, Priscilla Dunn, and Renee Duncan for being awarded grants from FBEMC Bright Ideas.

Erin’s title was “Cross Train Your Brain”, in which she will use Zumba in after-school to help stimulate student’s brains. Rebecca’s title was Project ALIVE; Accessing Literature Independently, Vigorously, and Enthusiastically. Rebecca also received the YCF Foundation Grant for this same project. Priscilla’s grant “Who Wrote the Book of Love” will be used to create a compassion book for each student in fifth grade. Renee’s title “Microorganisms in the Classroom” will be used to purchase microscopes for her 5th grade science classes.
